The Best of Christmas: Day 4
Hello and welcome,
I'm posting super late tonight and for that I apologise. It's just been one of those days.
But anyway, behind today's door is Arthur Christmas!
It's a valid question: How does Santa Claus manage to deliver 2 billion presents across the world in just one night? In a hi-tech slay called the S1, of course.
Arthur Christmas is the imaginative, witty product of Peter Baynham and Sarah Smith that presents the legend of the North Pole in a militarised fashion. But, when one child is missed in the delivery operation, Santa’s son Arthur (McAvoy) takes it upon himself to make sure Christmas makes it to everyone. Alongside ‘Grandsanta’ and a determined wrapping elf, Arthur goes on a trip that manages to go wrong in more ways than one. This is a great film to watch with the family because it appears to be a kids film but it’s not written like one. It’s intelligently silly dialogue and background jokes make Arthur Christmas more mature than it first appears.
So I know it's late, but if you've still got time for a movie, you can find Arthur Christmas on Netflix.
Thanks for reading,
